"Warm reception from the sommelier during our wine tasting session although the place was going to close in less than 20 minutes. Unlike some other wineries where they could be mechanical and snooty to guests, we felt very welcomed. It was raining when we arrived but the gardens was just beautiful. Must visit!"

"Not only is the food fabulous, the team at Deck Chair are super friendly and super helpful. I have a garlic allergy and they went out of their way to help me with my breakfast (and the take away lunch for the C2C walk). Highly recommend this as the go-to cafe if you are in Augusta."

"Really great lunch in this sprawling estate with beautiful grounds. Food was really interesting and beautifully prepared and presented. Estate wines a perfect match. Photos are: asparagus, cuttlefish, scallops, lamb, fish, raspberry dessert, cheese, the interior and the exterior. A lovely, sophisticated space."

"It was very nice, great atmosphere. Pretty decent vegetarian options and all the food was pretty good. Four stars because the food wasn’t AMAZING but I would still come back. Not a very big desert menu though. Staff were pretty nice and there was lots of space and tables."

"Great place for treats or afternoon tea. The chocolate is small batch fresh made so not over produced and stale like Margaret River chocolate. Plenty of variety to suit all tastes, including ruby chocolate. And very reasonably priced. The cafe is also great with good food and nice coffee, something for all ages. There's a large grassed outdoor area for the kids to run and play too. Disability access is generally ok, but the toilet corridor may be harder than usual to navigate."
