came to collect my DHL package at 5:30 a.m. on a Wednesday. dhl sent a text in the morning that it was ready for the collection. there was only one type on and 6 customers at a time, order coffee etc. I was waiting for my package for almost an hour. it was not his fault, he did his best that was numbered by 6 customers all the time. they should have more people in this time, considering that people end the work and h...
