"We went here after reading the other great reviews and it was excellent. The waiter was very friendly and when we explained we were vegan he was very happy to help with explaining what was and wasn't vegan. For starters we ordered humus with chips. We originally tried to ordered humus with lentil meatballs, but after informing us that they weren't serving the cold starters (it was in the off season so it's understandable) he went to check with the chef and told us they were going to make us a fresh batch of humus anyway! When the starters arrived he also brought us an extra separate bowl of vegan pitta (we were out with meat eaters and they were served non vegan bread) and was very conscientious about telling us what was and wasn't vegan. It was really awesome to be made to feel so accepted and accommodated for. For the mains we went for the vegetarian spaghetti (which is also vegan). All the food was absolutely delicious! The humus was sublime, the chips were lovely and soft and crispy, the bread was tasty and the spaghetti was also just amazing. It was also great value (the spaghetti was 96 lira £4.90 at the time of our visit). To top it off the waiter offered us teas and coffees on the house and then brought out Turkish Delight with a separate vegan dish for us! I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner here and would definitely recommend Rose to any vegans visiting Kalkan, they made us feel very at home and the food was delicious!"

"We drank aubergine wrap, beet muammara, mastave, tomato juice, meseterian shrimp and raki of 20. The appetizers were amazing, especially masyave and tomato juice üüüff the atmosphere is very nice and suitable for drinking more wine, the music is also very good with raki, obviously the tables overlooking the square become unnecessary when the day gets dark, I think choosing the tables inside the place for the evening adds to the atmosphere. it makes people more involved, the staff are friendly, the toilets and kitchen, the tables are clean. a business more than praised, thank you Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian I had no trouble finding delicious options, everything was amazing Kid-friendliness: There is a highchair inside, but there is no space for children to spend time Parking: Paid parking spaces are available on the street by the marina, but it is difficult to find a place Wheelchair accessibility: There is no accessibility for wheelchairs as the entrance to the venue is by stairs."
