Sometimes you'll order a burger and chips/scallops and everything is just great.Other times EVERYTHING is bad. There seems to be no in between. If your scallops are burnt to a cinder (even to the point of the thin slice of potato buried within turning hard) then you know your burger bun will be heat-blasted and the meat dry.
