"Nothing like a short tempered tired and impatient lady whose rudeness shows from behind a mask. Topped off with a 40$ order thrown into a plastic bag for measure, just to make sure you get home to a pile of mushed up mess. I’ve been...coming to this place for years now and can’t believe the level of disregard to a loyal customer. Great tasting food but heavy with negative and angry energy."

"Pricey? Yes. Worth it? YES!!! Extremely lovely setting, and with a manager who is passionate about her food and craft. You can feel it from the moment you enter. Every single dish we ordered was delightful, and invigorating, well cooked, well seasoned, well spiced. If I were to review every item I’d run out of space, so I’ll just say go try it, it’s worth it, book in advance!"

"My friend and I were at Katoomba for 2 nights. We decided to have a go at Pins because of great reviews. We weren't disappointed... instead of entrees and mains, we decided to do 6 entrees between us (it was a lot but we did good ;-)) We thought the zucchini flowers, scallops and lamb cutlets were terrific.. the other items pork loin, pumpkin soup and mushroom and onion bruschetta were also good.. one remark was that all the entrees came all at once not allowing us to enjoy the evening at a measured pace.."

"The food IS of excellent quality but it’s expensive! As is the grog! I think $30 for a cocktail is wayyy to much. Still, Lilianfels is an excellent place to dine. The service is exceptional."

"We visited here for lunch and had the vegan garlic prawns with vegan oyster sauce and crispy pork and rice. The servings were huge, side salad was fresh and the food tasted amazing. It was so refreshing to find a place to eat with an extensive vegan menu. The service was prompt although there was only one other couple there at the time. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend this restaurant to others."
