I visited there yesterday afternoon to have coffee and a meal. The hot chocolate was very nice and well sized. I also had the ham and cheese toasted sandwich. It came with a rich creamy sauce which was quite delicious as well. It is small which makes it feel cosy, especially during the cold weather we're experiencing at the moment. It is a nice place if you need to pop in to have a small meal or for a quick cuppa wit... View all feedback.
What Jacey Roob doesn't like about True to the Bean:
we ordered a vegan rancheros and heuvos rancheros. the vegan rancheros came with two eggs on it. we have pointed out that, and they took the plate out of the back and seemingly simply removed the eggs from him. I could still share on some on the plate taste/taste. the food was not seasoned, really bland. saw and tasted like woolies four bon mix directly from a dose, mixed with some mais and barely boiled mushrooms. t... Had the veggie wrap. somehow expensive for what it was, although it tasted good. not amazing
We ordered a vegan rancheros and heuvos rancheros. The vegan rancheros came on with two eggs. We pointed out that, and they took the plate out of the back and seemingly simply removed the eggs. I could still taste on some parts on the plate. The food was not seasoned, really bland. Seeked and tasted like Woolies four beans mixture directly from a can, mixed with some corn and barely boiled mushrooms. The coffee was also very bitter.
Unenthusiastic, poor customer service and Bland, overpriced food.
Included for a late breakfast and was not disappointed. Fresh, tasty and high quality food for vegan and meat eaters alike. Coffee was also good quality.
Cozy little spot in the heart of Katoomba surrounded by the Blue Mountains. Enough tables and chairs inside, but also outside seating. Well decorated place with lots of art. We ordered the Vegan Rancheros (big!! which tasted great. The vegan waffle was a bit hard, but the mango smoothies were excellent!
