"We had a lunch break at Ljugarns strandcafé on a cycling trip. There is nice outdoor seating with a view towards the beach. There were quite a lot of dishes on the menu that sounded good, but they were quite expensive too. We chose a poké bowl each. To drink, one of us ordered a fruit punch (which according to the menu would consist of wine, fruit juice, berries and bubbles). We had to wait for quite a while before receiving our drinks and food, and I happened to overhear the waitress saying to her colleagues that she didn’t know how to make a fruit punch, so she probably had to wait for one of the others to help her. One would expect the staff to get some training when they start working so that they are familiar with the different items on the menu. Anyway, the poké bowl was very tasty and so was the fruit punch, so it was worth waiting for. The poké bowl contained rice, chili and sesame marinated tuna, pickled onion, furikake seasoning, cucumber, soya beans, carrot, mayonnaise, lime and coriander."

"This restaurant is one of the hidden gems that few know, I highly recommend the lamb and plank steak, the service is top class would probably beat some of the best restaurants, very politely very friendly and friendly staff with absolute interest as they serve and hear the best, and also an additional mile to add some extras and dinge adapted when they pay on the way to få."
