"I had ever ordered a meal. call center people do not worry what customers want, they send us what they think. outlet people do not worry about the delivery time, they deliver when they want. they could not deliver my order even after two deliveries. first they gave burger and at the second delivery they sent the drinks and fraught on the second attempt and it took 2.5 hours even wrong. they always have no toys and they never mentioned it until we ask. they behave like a king and they think we are their slaves."

"Fishery is one of unique restaurant which is specialized for seafood. They offer wide range of seafood collection. With having a great view and a great location fishery looks really great for relaxed dinner. With a pool view and the sea view it is indeed a nice restaurant. Great place for a small family dinner."

"We decided to go to Lords for dinner on St Valentine's Day and it was a very good evening. The food was up to its usual very good standard and the Kandy dancers were an added bonus. There three dishes we ordered were Thai prawn green curry, prawn tikka masala and fish and chips."

"The moment in which they go through the door is the cordial greeting (in the rule of martin the owner) courtesy of the staff on another level. They are always asked where they want to sit and are served very quickly. they will never be ignored and the personal top her glass as soon as they drank it. the menu is large and offers Asian western options. as a vegan we were blown away from the choices we had with our own vegan menu. Everything from curries, burgers, pastas and even nut roasts and brain cakes! (very rare in sri lanka) we ate there several times were never disappointed, we tried the thai sri lanka cures that were super delicious filling. the mushrooms sweethorn burger vegan burger were delicious, and the nuts roast, which we had shortly before Christmas, was a nice reminder of home, far away. martin regular pops out in front of the house to come and chat with them, he is a very grounded, interesting positive person. when we returned to negombo a month later, martin remembered us all. than two people who were in sri lanka to help a dog-loving as well as for travel, we found the work he does for his hope foundation, and help street dogs a beautiful thing. there are even fish pedicure manicures that they must try, I found it very entertaining! we spent 5 weeks in sri lanka as a vegan that we really fought with food choices. we just wanted a heart in every city!"

"I'm so glad we found lords. such an amazing place eating was excellent, the service and the lightness of the entire staff were excellent and the environment of the place was excellent. I cannot forget to mention the owner who does so much for the people and the animals of sri lanka, he is also an outstanding individual. I recommend this place 100"

"Got some sweets and buns for evening tea just to realise they 've forgotten to put in a doughnut.when called to check, the guy who was at the cashier asked the girl who packed in the stuff and just boldly said its here left behind. you can come and pick it i asked do you want me to come all the way from wattala around 4km-5km away just to take a doughnut which you forgot to pack? i was so surprised and furious when he answered back that i should have checked if all food was packed before leaving! when mentioned that its their duty to pack all in he just said if you want, come and pick it. its kept at the counter and disconnected the call. blood pumping i just rushed over and spoke to a so called supervisor ex-Hilton he said at the restaurant and played back the recording of the conversation. his answer was even better: yes we have got complaints about this guy on previouse occasions too so why is he still working at the same location/post??? even my contact details were taken by the sloppily dressed supervisor , but up to date nothing was comunicated in return. even the eclairs were like rocks. they were exchanged for choco lava cake after he excepted that they were old. and in return i had to pay few Rs more for the price difference.if he were really in-charge least he could have done was to waive off the difference knowing there was an issue with the cashier. no considering from customer point of view! and no further communication regarding complaints! my advice: try to avoid at all. if you visit CALTON bakery shops along negombo road, you 'll definitely see and taste the difference. even the way they speak to you feels as if you know them for a long time unlike the ROBOTS at loop!"
