Blue Wave Seafood is a restaurant with a nice and clean interior. I visited during peak lunch time hours, and it wasn't busy at all. The service was great with no issues. The noodles were a letdown. They were dry and bland, similar to instant ramen noodles. The surf snail in the noodle was too rubbery for my liking, but the regular snails were better.
