Some were learning, some were helping what I respect most is that even though people were waiting for a decent amount of time, the team worked as a team and remained calm through chaos! Very nice people. Love Jersey Mikes food and service! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.

What Kyle Bistline doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
40 minute wait for 2 sandwiches!!! Terrible Management Training! Placed an online order, system said it would be ready in 15. I showed up at exactly that time. Went to the pick up counter, told them my name, they said they were working on it. Watched 5 people walk in, order, and leave. Finally went back up to the counter, at this point it was 30 mins since I originally ordered. They hadn’t even started on it! Next 10 mins I watched the manager(in plain clothes sitting at a table) tell the employees what they should be doing. You could tell the employees were trying to work hard but they were constantly switching positions which seemed to slow the line way down and confuse the employees even more.
