this is my second TOGO order and I loved the consistency. I ordered a biryani and the chef has actually tried to freeze the cooked egg (both time.) that is what I was looking for: consistency. spicy level was perfect for my palate (I love spice and hot eating). two times. pretty disappointing. even the biryani was the first time under par and just the second time. the chicken masala was just fine. was hopeful of a good Indian restaurant in katy, but unfortunately this has not cut.
