There's first real butcher shop I found in Katy. Prices are very reasonable for prime aged beef. Custom cut to your specifications while you are waiting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The taste and quality are excellent; the ribeye was soft like butter, and the aging and the marble were on site. Come on and send friends. View all feedback.
