The premises seems clean enough, and there are COVID measures in place i.e. masked staff, plexiglass at the counter seats (only), and hand sanitiser. Staff were flat and emotionless. The food was rather disappointing, the gyoza are made with paper thin wrappers, but were not crispy (the cook had time, since I was the only customer in the restaurant) and were scrawny and not sufficently filled.
