"It's always great in the summer to find a restaurant with dog friendly patio or sidewalk tables, especially when they don't say..."your dog has to sit outside the fence (on the pavement in the sun) when it is a temporary set up for the brief summer months on a sidewalk.The Cow and the Sow on the main street a block up from the Trent Severn locks fit the bill with picnic tables beside the restaurant in the shade at 1:30 pm. They have umbrellas for when they're in the sun and the dog settled down under the table with his traveling bowl of water.I had the Reuben on marbled rye with a Belgium wheat draft beer and my wife ordered the burger with peameal bacon. Both meals came with the best fries we've had in a very long time and we've discovered another excellent spot to eat when out and about in the Kawarthas with the pooch!"

"We’re staying in Lindsay for a week and we decided to have breakfast at Eggsmart. Our waitress (possibly the owner? was a ray of sunshine! She is the sweetest and has made our mornings so much better. We left with smiles and that’s appreciated. We will be back for sure and if she sees this, we thank you for a great meal and an even more amazing service!"

"I have ordered from this location probably 8 times. never once have I got home and the order be correct. shame on me for not checking the bag first. I dont even like mcdonalds but i get my kids some junk as a treat once in a while and its very annoying to get home open it and at least 1 item be wrong every single time."
