What Rosa König likes about Bakery Cafe Koaa:
(If I could give 5 stars) As a vegan, I was impressed with how accommodating and attentive the staff at this restaurant was to my dietary preferences. Since becoming a regular customer, they have started introducing new vegan options on the menu. Ordering bread through their website is easy, with clear sections for both vegan and non-vegan options. They are quick to make changes based on customer feedback; for example, I requested a vegan chocolate loaf and was thrilled to see a delicious cocoa nib and chestnut brioche on the menu the following week. The bread is a perfect blend of Gaijinbrot (inspired by the chef's training in Germany) and Japanese Sokupan. This is truly the best bakery I have ever been to!.
