Tatemichiya - Kawasaki

I always loved going here in my time in japan. customers are in the rule 50:50 foreign and Japanese. the ambiente is fantastic, the service is nice and friendly and the menu is the same in Japanese as in English. eating itself is great, had no one dish that was not perfect and well flavored. the bark steak is a bit hidden on the menu, but one of the best I had in japan. so is the avocado steak and the cheese/pork roll. the design beer is heartland that is beautiful, and its fresh grapefruit acid is always a good idea! have many friends, foreign and Japanese, and everyone loved it. highly recommended!

Delicious food and great mood! felt very clean, and actually wasn't too smokey (although it was a little worse against the end of the night). friendly waiter, has an English menu. the entrance is somewhat hidden, as there are no obvious signs on the floor level, but only look for the stairs below.

Amazing food, great atmosphere. Definitely a great place to go for exciting and authentic Japanese cuisine!

Great place! Warm and vibrant atmosphere with a very kind and nice personnel. Food is great with a large selection of various kind of dishes. Place is packed so if possible it would be useful to check to make a reservation.
