Extremely clean and the staff is super friendly! Food was quickly brought out and they have many historical photos of the local farms. Many tractor models on displays. The food (after getting it replaced because orders weren’t correct) was subpar, therefore very overpriced. Our service was not great, our waiter was not very pleasant neither about mistakes made, and never even checked in on our table. Wouldn’t recommend. Great food! We loved the fries ? Only one waitress, but she did a good job considering it was busy and she was alone. Another waitress did FINALLY arrive.

"We were driving to Mackinac from Ohio and decided to stop in based on the Google reviews and we are so happy we did. This is a very small family owned business and they spend their time making delicious food, not decorating the restaurant, but do not let that turn you off, it was very clean, but not fancy. The customer service was AMAZING. The woman taking orders was so friendly that even my 7/7/9 year old children pointed out “that lady is really nice.” We ordered the Don Corleone pizza, and a child’s size sausage pizza, a child’s size spaghetti with meat sauce and child’s sized carbonara, and it was all amazing. Everyone was thrilled with all of the food, but the carbonara stole the show. We finished with a Nutella pizza (pictured), and I highly recommend you do the same. We will stop back in if we are ever back in the area!"

"Was in the Turkey Roost on1-2017. What a change in the menu. The pot pie is now half the size. The turkey dinner senior plate, was lucky if you could see it. I couldn't believe how the food was down sized. I'm not a big eater but it wouldn't fill anyone up. They raised the price and downsized the food. Won't be going back there. Too bad they had a good thing, now it's like all the rest of the area for poor restaurants."
