I think Kayseri is a unique opportunity for its region. A restaurant, which is very rare in the world and Turkey, the engines of the retirement Airbus aircraft were removed and transformed into the restaurant, the center of Kayseri has risen to Ali Mountain. I came to this restaurant a few years ago and service food was exceptional, this year the service was still great but the quality of food has taken a major decline. The portions have gotten smaller, there's an extra charge for slight changes in menu which we were happy to pay but only to not get what we paid or asked for. It is Amazingly designed. The staff here is very humble . You can have the view if kaysrri lights from its wings .
