The Hotel is ok if you are not looking for confort and is planning to feel staying in a hotel of the former Soviet Union 50 years ago, since the Hotel is really old When I made the reservation, I was looking for a hotel with AC. I choose the Hotel Volga because it said that was AC. When I got the room, I had just a small fan. I asked at the reception and they said No, it´s written that the hotel has AC, not your room...
