Food quality and portion size were excellent. The server we had was definitely great. I really wish I could remember her name to give her a scream. As far as the atmosphere goes from the decorations they had and not really made much sense. Even the music that played through its own system was not particularly important. What User doesn't like about Gino's:
It took an hour for our food to arrive, even though we had only ordered a pizza. No one informed us that it would take so long. The restaurant had good food, but with only one waitress, the service was quite slow. View all feedback.
We’ve been coming here for years and always loved it. However, since Gino left and the management changed, the quality dropped drastically. Prices jumped up insanely too, now it’s overpriced for the quality. We always came weekly, loved the staff. But new management treated them so poorly, no wonder they constantly looking for help, hence we refuse to come here again. Today I came for a to-go order and had absolutely worst experience ever. It will never be the same without Gino there, he was the one to create that welcoming atmosphere and make both customer and staff happy.
