"This is really the best place to eat in Kearney, hands down. The food is unbelievably good and his such treat every time I go. "This is my favorite place to stop when I visit Kearney. Everything on the menu is fantastic, whether it's food or beer. My personal food favorites are the Thunder pie and the bierock. If the pumpkin ale is out of season, then I go with the dark ale or honey wheat. Honestly, you can't go wrong."

"The floor was not busy, our seating area had a table of 7 or 8, adults and children about to leave, and another table of one and they were just ordering drinks when we sat down. It took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks, another 20 to put in our order (2 adults and 1 toddler) and over 30 to get our food, and close to an hour to get our check, which I had to ask for. The server wasn't friendly, didn't check on us or even make us feel like she remembered we were there until she saw me ask for the check. She made us feel like she thought we wouldn't tip well because we weren't all dressed up, but we left a $15 tip, fairly decent for a $60 bill, but it normally would have been at least $30 for friendly, half decent service service, most likely more because of the holiday. I can't really say much about my food. It was cold when I got it, but I'm not sure that was the kitchen's fault."
