"The service is very inefficient, and the manager's intention to get out of the uncomfortable situation only added fuel to the fire. Someone like that should not be in contact with a client in the room. We actually interrupted her chatting with her friends on the terrace. It was our 3rd visit to this place (each time there was a problem where we turned a blind eye to the inconvenience) and the last one."
