terrible customer service. I stood there about 10 minutes and no one has greeted me or taken my order. I asked the woman if I could get ice cream and she said no. it was so unpleasant. read moreI only have 10 thunder holes for $3 and they were hard as brick! you can't sell stale donuts that are wrong. I want a refund. they don't even answer the phone.
