I bought the premise bread at Market Basket. I’m only making this 4 instead of five stars to offer a suggestion. The bread texture is off in a way, when I toast it it is so strange a little like melted plastic or over cooked chicken. I know that sounds strange but I really want to like this bread. Bought a Bread Shed blueberry pie at Riverside Park market today. Didn?t taste like pie or blueberry? Had to throw it away.
