"My girlfriend and I just stopped at the Kenora Dairy Queen for a treat after dinner and were graced with the most miserable customer service I've experienced in quite some time. The teenage girls working here seem to either hate their job or customers in general. They are currently glaring at us through the window while we sit in our vehicle. For the record, all we did was place our order, pay and go. It's unfortunate to see from a locally-owned small business. Ice cream was good, though."

"The food was ok and the service was good but because it was busy it was very very slow. We probably spent over two hours because of how busy it was. I do not blame the staff for this at all, they were running but I definitely think it's worth waiting until less busy times. The building itself is very neat to see but when it is packed it's hard to see it all."

"Who designs these buildings? Drive through line blocks off the parking lot, walk in and same story. Door is so close to order counter, no place to stand. It was packed, disorangized and we waited way too long for parking, ordering, and waiting for food. I would try the other location before fighting crowds at this one. I give staff credit, I witnessed a Karen melt down over it at all, staff didn't react or seem bothered by Karen's yelling at them. Great staff. Poor design."
