a moderate evening in the upper gatronomy. a table for people was so covered that the place was behind an open door and was not at all fitable, it was then covered only after notice. a carpaccio, announced with fresh truffles, contained a hauch of truffle dust without a single spahn of truffle planer. in the main course, announced as a lame with a goose, then there was no gänseleber at all. it was delivered to demand...
