Today I went to Bluetail sushi on spall. I hadn't been there (was the old Gengi) since it was taken over by bluetail.However the atmosphere was great there wasn't a table available (which pleases me when I go to restaurants, bc I know it's good if it's full at 7pm on a Thursday night) so I sat at the sushi bar had three rolls that were terrific!Highly recommend! For the first time for lunch, as our regular location on commerce was full with a line up. Cold wind blows in the front doors, although they have a sign that people ask to close them when they come. Why don't you have different doors? Hardly anyone in the place I thought was strange when the other place was so busy. Miso soup was lukewarm. The Godzilla roll is a must try! The brussel sprouts are always good too. We have never had a bad meal here. Service is pleasant and attentive. Parking is very convenient.
Me and frnds went 2 days ago here, the food was too good but there was India waitress named Harman kaur , she was so unprofessional in here job , quite Racist with my friends and not welcoming at all and showed unusual atitude during here service and demanded for extra tips after her worse service.That’s one of the most worst experience of life ever and not ever coming back to this restaurant
I dine here quite often for the simple reason they offer the best sushi in Kelowna, also, friendly staff with a sense of humor. The lunch special with miso and spicy crab rice is excellent value for money. My only criticism would be the servers are disorganized and forgetful. I highly recommend this establishment.
