KFC - Kelowna

I ordered lunch and this load took my order and my money, gave me a time to pick up when I appeared to the time to pick up (45 minutes after ordering) not only was ordering not ready, but the restaurant was not. even open! there was a sign in the window where it was specified that they only drive through commands. When I went through, it was painfully obvious that there was no one in the restaurant at all. So let them see they took my money and obviously had no intention to fulfill the order as there was no one to cook or to speak. Beyond that, when I called the office, they didn't even offer me to compensate, they told me that it was the franchise's fault in the round and they would let them know that I was unhappy. now I have no lunch, I was wasting my time to do this, and I am also out of the bag the means I have spent in advance on my order until they return it to my bank account, as they promised they would. all this was based on an email for a quote for a lunch from KFC waste office, what a of marketing efforts!

I rarely eat out and I thought I’d splurge as I was having company. I bought the $20 fill bucket, and it was horrible. There was almost no meat on the chicken, I don’t quite understand why. The fries were cold of course, but the...piping hot gravy saved them. KFC has seriously gone downhill the past decade.

Going through the drive thru I ordered a 4 piece box. It was not late 6:30 pm Saturday. I had the customary 5-10 minute wait to get to the window be because there were 2 cars ahead of me. It was only after paying that...I was told it would be a 13 minute wait for chicken. Totally unacceptable. I would have ordered something else or went elsewhere. Running a really low brow establishment here.

Today the west kelowna kfc. very good service and the meal was hot. I go back someday and get a bucket, the prices are very good. keven

Dude, who runs it, gets it – good friendly eating is always fresh hot – the chicken tenders are the best of all on the menu – they love the potato chicken bowl – they sometimes do not drive the fastest, but so it is worth waiting. the best huh, the hands down – .popeyes came 6 months ago into town....they don't hold a candle at this kfc
