Everything I ordered was priced higher than the menu prices listed on Captain Yobi's Facebook page. Also, the woman who took my order was eating, while preparing our meal. I was sitting in the drive thru window, waiting for my food, when I looked up she was stuffing a handful of food in her mouth. I couldn't tell if it was French fries or potato chips. "I ordered 4 shakes and 3 Hamburg extreme long waiting time in the car. We waited for 45 minutes to drive through the line. I counted 12 people working inside so it wasn't a personnel problem. It took 20 minutes from the time I paid on the first window until I got my food for the second time. The employees apologized and said they were really busy. But with so much staff it should not take 45 minutes to get through a ride."

"The Organic Apple Juice did not arrive in our order. The portion sizes of the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup and Mac Cheese were not nearly as advertised. The bread bowl was simply not included in the order. The flavors of the soup and Mac were also not worth the cost, especially considering the portion size. The sandwich was great and well sized, however certainly not worth the cost of almost $20. The orange juice came as ordered and expected. Won apos;t be ordering again due to these reasons."
