"I ordered 4 shakes and 3 Hamburg extreme long waiting time in the car. We waited for 45 minutes to drive through the line. I counted 12 people working inside so it wasn't a personnel problem. It took 20 minutes from the time I paid on the first window until I got my food for the second time. The employees apologized and said they were really busy. But with so much staff it should not take 45 minutes to get through a ride."

"We love to eat here, we are smiled at and feel like family when we are there! Absolutely my favorite place to eat, the food is amazing and customer service always leaves me smiling. We have eaten there with large parties always leave happy. Any issue have always been resolved to our satisfaction."

"The Organic Apple Juice did not arrive in our order. The portion sizes of the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup and Mac Cheese were not nearly as advertised. The bread bowl was simply not included in the order. The flavors of the soup and Mac were also not worth the cost, especially considering the portion size. The sandwich was great and well sized, however certainly not worth the cost of almost $20. The orange juice came as ordered and expected. Won apos;t be ordering again due to these reasons."

"This place could easily be a solid 5 star with some minor tweaks:The naan bread needs to be real naan or not naan. What was served on my charcuterie board was a cold (possibly recently frozen) piece of not great quality pita bread. Next: artichokes on the same board: from a can or some other processed treatment. They were awfulactually bad. The cold cuts on the board were good. So were the cheeses. Nice selection of wines and generous pours. Service was pretty good, considering the bartender/waitress also had to man take out window. All in all, I would go againbut it could be so much more!"

"Ghetto garbage. Nothing was seasoned, they don't have fried rice and the prices on the menu are blacked out with electrical tape. The only reason I tried this place was because I had a coupon and it was still 15 dollars. Go to minami's, better in every way."
