Great food! Delicious tea. At very reasonable prices. Definately worth the walk from the boardwalk. A great spot to relax for a lunch break while enjoying the boardwalk. Best bang for your buck and a nice atmosphere to relax in from all of the bustling surroundings. Definately coming back soon. Did i mention great prices? Family of 4 lunch for $20. "Came to see a band, but she canceled, sat down to eat anyway and was pleasantly surprised. Hai eggs were incredible. Fried Pickles were honestly some of the best I ever had. Drinking was good. Only disappointment was in my chicken roasted steak, not a ton of taste and too much bread. Apart from that, everything else was great, including the service. Definitely be back to try other foods."

"My wife and I love visiting Skipper’s Cafe when we’re in the Houston/Kemah area. Our second time for breakfast was just as wonderful as the first. The staff is friendly, the service incredible and the food is top notch. There are no better pancakes to be found anywhere…except for those my wife makes. And these guys know how to properly make and omelette too."

"Man!!!! Don’t know where to start but first the Manager was great and inter acting with customers.. I love that!!! And the crawfish were off the chain the dessert was delicious it was a little slow in getting food but they had a note on door letting you know they were a little short staff but overall it was worth the wait I know I will be back."
