Kfc - Kemptville

What User likes about Kfc:
The chicken pieces during the opening weeks were bigger. They have since shrunk. Still chicken and fries are very tasty. Service is good. The thighs are so small. I have attached a picture. I have to decrease it to 3 stars. The pieces are shrinking even more. The drumstick looks like somebody tore (ate) off a chunk a part is missing. I have attached a picture. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
Store manager Caitlin was extremely unprofessional and rude. After going through drive thru I was parked to wait for my order. When the order was brought to my car, it was missing the salad and gravy. I went inside the store where the employee acknowledged my issue.
