The’ve cut from the bones so that all they have in the bowl is flaky, soft and juicy cream (part of the bein that contains collagen-like bark) and fresh suppe. mix it with raw egg or cooked, and the taste goes on a level. the restaurant is always overcrowded, it is sold until midday. compared to the Surabayan version, i kinda better like this broth. clear broth with no oily soup is visible. with spice taste rather bit stronger. yet for the tendons, i thought that they have to cooked it a little longer to get more juicy and softer textures but in Kendari, this is the best tendon soup you can get View all feedback.
