"Staff continued folding pizza boxes rather than acknowledging customers. We had to approach them to ask questions about the menu, and staff answered in a very condescending and arrogant tone. Other staff just avoided customers, never making eye contact or smiling. We left without order anything."

"If I could give this place a -5, believe me. this waiting period and modes of operation in which the workers took over this situation was ridiculous. we arrived at 10:30 a.m. to the window at 11:05 and went only at 11:55. we had a good amount of time, but we waited for one. When we came into the window, we were told that we had to move on to the side because the screen has deleted our orders so that we had to wait for all cars behind us to get their food (it was a long line.) they told us that our order was ready and they had to announce our orders only so that we could pay. we waited a bit before they let us in, and the guy they jumped our job was as slow as a turtle. we got our meals, but all 8 pommes were frozen in the ground and soggy that just added to the care. we had to tell them that we could get fresh pommes, and we obviously waited longer. then we waited forever and got a stand up to invite our drinks. we had a curfew at 11 and came back to school. When we finally came to school, we realized that most foods were already cold (we live only about 4 minutes away.) we were very upset and were dissatisfied with the way she ran last night. we don't know if this is a routine thing that runs here, but something has to be repaired definitiw."

"Top tier restaurant. I've been coming here for quite awhile, and I've never actually had a bad experience. The restaurant is always clean, employees always nice. I live about 30 minutes away, and even when I get someone to bring me some food from here back its always still fantastic. The Cajun fries are very good, same with the burgers obviously. I would definitely recommend!"
