Rose and Umberto are awesome! It was like the 4 of us walked in to their home and they made us dinner! Every detail was covered, the silverware, food was delicious and I came home with four loaves of fresh bread! I really can't wait to go back. What Elsa Cannella doesn't like about Umberto's:
Very much a true Italian restaurant. Umberto is from Calabria, Italy. Having had other restaurants, he deserves chef hats for darn good food cooked to order. The decor is quaint but most welcoming. Lunch is a bargain and dinner very reasonable. View all feedback.

"I can't tell you how happy I am to have found the new site of Goodman's Deli. I remember the old days when they were on Elmora Ave in Elizabeth, we were absolutely robbed when they were closed, we thought they were gone. The Roast Beef Sandwich on Jewish Rye has not changed, it is still as delicious as ever, the Koleslaw is still the best and the Pickles still have this half-sour crunch."
