tonight we had a nice dinner at the brook lane hotel, our home in the last week. I wish I could take this little boutique hotel anywhere. everything was wonderful here and was a nice little unexpected luxury. we will keep this place on our list in any case to go back. eating is very fresh and tasty, service was top notch, drinks were great and it was not overpriced. we recommend in any case! read more.

We went here for breakfast because they do lovely evening meals.. Turns out that wasn't a great choice. While the pancakes and cinnamon toast were fine, my eggs benedict with parma ham (as per the menu) were a complete disappointment. Firstly there was no parma ham, I was served poached eggs on bacon.
