Amazing institution! Came for a smoothie on a work trip and received amazing customer service and hospitality. I have an allergy, they made sure everything was sung for me and separated. I talked to the manager Ashley and she told me about the owners and new improvements. Overall great vibes, perfect for the best of both worlds! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Live Cafe:
Food is very drab (rice is dry) and they put sour cream on my bowl and that was not advertised on the menu. The woman who appeared to be one of the managers was rude and I didn't love the way she was talking to the employees. The payment on the screen automatically sets you to tip 20% which is a bit unfair. The only good thing is can say about this place is the hard kombucha on tap. Would not come back here again.
