"Valentinstag spectacular catastrophe 1 – first round of drinks takes too long to arrive. 2 – we ordered 2 hot appetizers (meat balls and garlic bread.) the brot was ordered because there is no brot on every table to see. 3 of the server brings two perfectly cooled plates. what? for hot starters? 4 – a second drink is never offered, even if the appetizers arrive. I'm finally flying down the server. sloppy service. 5 – woman asks: “What are the little paper bags on the tables of other guests?” oh, that’s broth. But I forgot to bring you a few. she's bringing a little bag of bread. it is obvious that we are subjected to an experience that guests with other servers do not. 6 – the main comes and is announced: orecchiette with Italian sausage, tomaten, Broccoli rave basilikum embroidered. I'm looking at miniature dishes, not at orchids. pasta is pasta, but why announce what is obviously not true? the Broccoli wheel was represented by some chopped stems. the whole plate is to supply a back of the house insufficiency. 7 – we eat and laugh at our unhappiness. 8 – teller arrive for other guests. rack of lamb! one of my favorite and a special one for the evening. but we were never told about any specials. the disappointment is upset. 8 – small chocolate cakes come to other tables, surrounded by fresh strawberries. Nice! 9 – do we want to see a dessert menu? yes, of course. let us continue the fun. the feature is the flourless chocolate cake. we'll arrange the naiw. 10 – the brownie arrives, with half deflated whipped cream, and a few whole and fresh but frozen strawberries. our server no longer speaks about the specialties, and the kitchen supplies frozen fruits as a guide. $163.00 for dinner. no tipp. the experience: memorable and unforgivable. the chef should be pulled from behind to experience the nightmare of the pathetic service and mediocre eating before the eyes of the gastes. never again."
