I recently had a terrible experience at Cinnabon. The customer service was bad and the staff were not helpful. I ordered three Mini Cinnabons but ended up only receiving three instead of the four I paid for. When I went back to the store to address the issue, the cashier and manager were unapologetic and unhelpful. The manager even tried to blame me for one of the Cinnabons being partially eaten.
