What Marshall Thomas doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
Horrible experience. Waffle cone was stale and was charged extra for the chocolate tip covering. Also ordered a Regular milkshake and was given a small. Lady tried to tell me it was regular when it was clearly the small. Even showed her next the size display that is was small and the other size was a regular. She was like, it's small or large. Um NO. THE Menu lists small and regular. View all feedback.
