Tell me how I literally dropped my plastic reusable cup at school and went in to try to get just a replacement for the bottom since it literally SHATTERED and it’s plastic… and the manager just tried to convince me I RAN OVER MY OWN CUP ? (LOL) and then when I told her I dropped it she said if she was to drop a cup right now it wouldn’t even break how mine did… rude, literally trying to say that I didn’t even drop it... The cashier is rude and isn’t mindful of your order. They also talk about you at the register in front of you.Parking: Have better customer service
