The restaurant overall received mixed reviews from customers. On one hand, the server Jae was highly praised for his exceptional service and attention to detail, even going as far as surprising a little girl with a birthday ice cream sundae. The food was also commended for its quality and variety to cater to different diets. However, there were some complaints about the lack of proper greeting from the hostess and manager, as well as issues with the reservation system. One customer even left due to the restaurant not honoring weekend reservations made through OpenTable. Additionally, there were concerns about the dark lighting at some tables and delays in receiving food despite the restaurant not being too busy. Despite these drawbacks, the excellent service from certain staff members and the quality of the food seemed to leave a positive impression on customers who were willing to overlook the shortcomings.

Waiting 45 minutes for a table was disappointing. My steak, ordered medium well, arrived overcooked and burnt, and the jasmine rice was also overcooked.
The menu is fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. The service was excellent!
I had to return a dessert three times because it was made incorrectly. My husband's meal was also incorrect.
The hostess was very nice when I called and answered my question. She was so friendly when we arrived.
One little problem. It took along time for our food to come out. Otherwise everything else was good
