"From the minute we walked through the door we were amazed by how efficient and friendly the staff were. The restaurant has two sittings on a Saturday night and so you really do need to book as they were pretty much full for both sittings. Typical Greek Menu with very tasty dishes. We enjoyed lamb and prawns and the potatoes (my favorite). The donuts for dessert were very delicious. Good selection of wine. Overall a very enjoyable place to have dinner in Lorne."

"This place has always been busy the few days we've been here. There was a wide selection of ice cream, sorbet and gelato with colour keys to indicate main allergens. We ordered raspberry sorbet, chocolate ice cream and chocolate sorbet and chocolate hazelnut gelato. It's a bit pricey and while the chocolate sorbet and chocolate hazelnut (which I had) was yummy, the price was too much in comparison to the taste."

"We had been given a gift pack of beer from the Forrest Brewing Company and had resolved to visit on our next road trip. We arrived on a cold winter day with the rain absolutely lashing down and made a run for the Brewery door. We went straight to the bar and as it happens the owner was over the taps. Considering he must be there all day every day he was a bundle of enthusiasm and had us tasting and comparing the range ..... we went with the Block Splitter and the Irish Red and ordered lunch. We went with the soup and a serve of fish and chips. Excellent pub type lunch - the soup hot and tasty, the fish moist and the chips hot and salty. What more could you ask for ? Great vibe, happy staff, big crowd , happy days !"

"First of all lacking any hospitality, we ordered chicken nuggets and asked what time their chips finished it was 5:29 and they said 5:30 so we said we will just grab the money from one of our family members waiting out the front, we came...straight back in and asked for a large hot chips in which we received a cold reply “sorry you can not order hot chips. you are too late” when we where 1 MINUTE late, absolutely ridiculous, we want the old owners back. Products are also ridiculously overpriced, $6.60 for 1.25L bottle of coke whereas 5 minutes always at Wye River the same coke is $2.85. Some of the items are also out of date! yes there is a covid crisis but these should not be on the shelf."

"We stopped in at The Bottle Of Milk for lunch on our way back to Melbourne. We both ordered the Tofu Burger and shared a basket of chips. The burgers were delicious I enjoyed mine in it’s entirety, my husband loved his, but did feel that an alternative sauce to satay might work better. Chips were lovely the relish we choose to have with it was amazing. There are a number of other vegan burgers on the lunch menu, all of which looked great. Would re visit when in Lorne."

"We had decided on a road trip from Adelaide to Melbourne unplanned with no booking reservations for food or accommodation neither did we research any of our stops so hopefully this will give us an unbiased view of our reviews.A little disappointed with the whole town, I know it's winter but struggle to see how they would cope in the height of the season.The service on entering wasn't exactly welcoming but we got a table. You order off a take away menu and nothing explained. The food was fresh and very good. Please don't get your hopes up this is not a restaurant but a takeaway fish and chip shop with seats.Average priced for similar meals."
