What Holly Crabtree likes about Kfc:
I ordered 8 piece chicken tenders meal and it cost $30. These were the worst chicken strips I have ever had! Very Tiny and terribly dried out. Looked and tasted like cooked and left sitting under warmer for hours. Even the breading didn't look like something KFC would serve. I ordered a 3 piece extra crispy meal but got a 2 piece instead because the cashier rang up the wrong item. Then when I got the food the chicken was old, dry and burnt. My fiancé went back in before we left and tried to get a refund and the manager on duty was rude stating that because of his attitude she would refuse the refund. Waited in line in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, nobody was in the parking lot or the drive thru. Took forever for anybody to even answer when I pulled up...
