We tried the crab raviolis and they had dungeness crab in them. They were in a lemon sage cream sauce.They were rich, but creamy delicious. Very friendly place, will come back to try other doshes.. Glad we finally got to try this food truck. View all feedback.

What Tricia O doesn't like about Impastables Fresh Pasta Food Truck:
Got the alfredo sauce with noodles. The sauce itself was fantastic! But the noodles were much less desirable. Not sure if they'd just been sitting out since lunchtime because we arrived at 2pm because they were hard and somewhat dry. Sad. Twelve bucks for it and we could only eat a few bites. "I am a food enthusiast, and I have visited over 40 states and 100 cities in the US. This is the best bakery I have visited, hands down by a country mile. The items on the menu are not too sugar-y, unlike most other American/Mexican bakeries/chains. All the items are very nominally priced (Baklava for $2 and Macarons for $1!!! . Do visit, you will not be disappointed!"
