Inca Mexican - Kennewick

I got the Chile Colorado with Maistortillas and it was fantastic. The Red Chile sauce was less smokey than what I used to be in Albuquerque, but it was still delicious. The beef was delicate and super aromatic, probably marinated in the sauce. In combination with the cooling claw and a small rice in the Maistortilla, the overall package was delicious. Ask for a spoon to get better on this sauce! My mom has a burrito that looked amazing, although I didn't try. She seemed to enjoy it. A few other points. The non-lunch sections are enormous! Take care of yourself and plan what to eat and what you take home, unless you want to be in a coma for the weekend. Also the menu is huge and somehow ridiculous. Many beautiful pictures, but it's a little crazy. Take your time and use the pictures. We needed a good 10 minutes to take it and get what we wanted.

Very good food as you can see in the pictures. Chips and salsa were just great!! Chips were made home, salsa came both spicy, really good taste, basil and lemon, taste meets first with this beautiful tomato flavor comes thru and rounds it nice around a 2 on the spicy scale I eat very sharp, so for those of you who do not, spicy could have a little too much plain salsa really beautiful taste! I ordered two Chilie Reaonoes, Pablano Peppers fired roasted, rich taste of pepper crushed in a rich tasting cheese, so good The meal came with rice, beans and 2 wheat tortillas! The food will let you come back for more and more!! Our waitress was super nice and our cups were never less than half full!! We were there for lunch and lunch prices are very reasonable. The service was excellent and the food. Our chips were fresh and still warm. It was delicious. The restaurant was clean. Very recommended!

Food here is awesome! The albondigas bowl is a good size. With corn tortillas you can make some really good tacos. The meatballs were big also. Soledad my waitress was really cool. We had a really good conversation!
