Jack In The Box - Kennewick

Unlike the last Jack in the box. This "Ultimate Bacon Cheese Burger was hot, tasty made as I asked. Onion rings were freshly made crispy

I ordered two tacos and they both just had cheese in them with no meat and the burger I ordered was suppose to have bacon on it but didn't. I was already back on the road, otherewise I would've went back to get a refund. Very disappointed. I won't be stopping at that location again.

I went there and I asked for a number two, a combo 10, and a jumbo jack and they didn’t give us any fries with our food and they didn’t even bother to ask us what we wanted to drink. The girl at the drive through was so rude, never going back again.

Absolute horrible customer service. Person working the front was obviously high. Order a double bacon cheesy jack meal. After explaining 5 times what I wanted I finally pay. Get my drink cup. When the order is up there are no fries. As for them and he tells me he had to charge me because I didn't get the meal. Try to explain. But it was pointless. Just a blank stare. Nownmy $5.99 meal cost me almost $10. What a joke! Never again! Drugs are bad kids!!!

There is service. Amazing. I can't eat it, but my family loves her and I have to say that they have the best. Coke next to mc D
