Even though loos barriles is a small town, La Fogata is able to serve up delicious vegan tacos and burritos, despite a language barrier. They were very attentive and made sure to reassure us that the beans were vegan. The veggie burrito, with the option of cheese, was incredible. What User doesn't like about La Fogata:
I decided to try La Fogota based on the Happy Cow description that mentioned they had select options, but unfortunately, that was not the case. When I ordered a burrito, I had to specifically request for them to omit all milk and meat from it, only to later find out that there was actually pork in the beans. Super vegan friendly! stringos and Suiza sauce can be embed out for everything. personal is super friendly. it is clear that they are really intentionally about good options and vegan and vegetarian.
Their avocado burritos and mushroom tacos are super yummy as is their homemade guacamole! I had 4 different options here plus several others that they could modify. Close to Carthage College and UW Parkside too!
Great flavors in the mushroom tacos. Salsa is wonderful too. Friendly staff.
They are vegan friendly and are willing to ‘veganize’ most dishes.
Super vegan friendly! hongos and suiza sauce can be subbed out for anything. staff is super friendly. it’s clear they’re being really intentional about good options and vegans and vegetarians.
