On very busy days, there are usually only 2 people working, which is unfortunate, but it does not excuse the rude and hostility towards customers. It's a fear when needing a cup holder, they tend to be extremely upset you do not reach over the counter to grab it yourself and even worse when you politely ask if it's ok to grab one (response tends to be grabbing the entire pile and half slamming half quick throw toward...
