Booked an afternoon tea reservation here because it was walking distance from Harrods. I was able to leave my backpack with the concierge which was nice to not have to worry about it while I dine. We had been touring so may have looked a little dishevelled when we arrived but I was disappointed that the concierge felt it necessary to send a female staff member into the toilet to check on me. Frankly, they should have been grateful for our patronage. Tea was lovely but I would be careful who I would recommend it to. View all feedback.
